This 2-in-1, 3-day course is designed for the provider with previous needling experience. The first 1.5 days of this course (Part 1) will prepare participants to be able to appropriately use the Dynamic Integrative Needling System (DINS) for craniofacial conditions. Part 1 topics will include the treatment of headaches (cervicogenic, migraines, tension-type, etc.), temporomandibular conditions, bells palsy, and occipital neuralgia management utilizing a DINS model of intervention.
Part 2 will be the F.A.C.E. needling course. Facial AesthetiC Enhancement needling is designed to allow private practitioners expand their service offerings and to promote health and wellness. Participants will be introduced to a marketable service that is attractive to patients that may want to address overall facial integumentary hygiene, health, and mobility. Needling techniques will be introduced to address dermal atrophy, contractures, and myofascial hypomobility. Safety, contraindications, and the neurophysiological effects of dermal needling will be introduced along with a novel technique that prevents bruising and reduces patient discomfort that has been developed by over 15 years of experience.
Participants will be instructed on a detailed protocol that is normally packaged in either 6 or 12 one hour visits over a 2 – 3.5 month period. This is an excellent adjunctive service to providers who desire to offer health and wellness services to their clients.
“F.A.C.E. needling has helped us expand our treatment offerings to the client who is interested in effective, all natural solutions to address the aging integumentary system. As a cash-based practitioner, the F.A.C.E. needling method is a great added value service the competition does not offer. It’s been an immediate return for my investment, and it is encouraging be able to serve patients who were very eager to find an alternative to botox.” ~Dr. Sean
A course manual with all lectures and descriptive needling interventions is provided to participants at the course.
